Location and Dates

  • Where is Sophos Discover being held in 2019?

    Sophos Discover will take place at the Monte Carlo Bay Resort, Monaco. Attendees will either stay at the Monte Carlo Bay Resort or Le Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel, room allocation is left to Sophos’s discretion.

  • When will the conference take place?

    Sophos Discover will begin at noon on 22nd May, 2019 with a Partner Meet and Greet, followed by the Opening General Session beginning at 2:00pm. The conference will end on 23rd May, 2019 after 1:00pm.

Registration

  • What costs are associated with Sophos Discover?

    Sophos Discover is by invitation only and if you attend, per your confirmed booking, there is no charge. All room incidentals and miscellaneous charges are the responsibility of the attendee and a credit card will be requested by the hotel upon check-in to cover these additional charges. Please refer carefully to the cancellation policy.

  • How do I register?

    Please go to the login page to register.

  • How do I make a change after I have completed my reservation?

    Click here in order to log in and edit your registration. If you have not yet registered for Sophos Discover, click here to go to the registration login page. Once you reach the login page, enter your last name and password as they appeared on your invitation.

  • What is the payment policy?

    Delegates will be responsible for any incidental charges. Attendance is by invitation only. Please see cancellation policy section should you need to alter your registration and accommodation information.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Please note that the hotel reservations must be confirmed by Sophos by 30th April, 2019. Changes and modifications are allowed up to 12:00 am on 30th April, 2019. To cancel, please email partnerconference@sophos.fr An email will be sent to confirm your cancellation. Please be sure to keep this confirmation email for your records.

  • Are attendee substitutions permitted?

    Attendance at Sophos Discover is by invitation only. Substitutions are at the discretion of Sophos and any request for substitution will be sent to Sophos for consideration. For any questions on the attendee policy or to request an attendee substitution, please contact the Sophos Discover Registration team partnerconference@sophos.fr

  • If I cancel my registration, can I transfer my hotel reservation to another attendee?

    Hotel reservations are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another attendee. For any questions on the attendee policy, please contact the Sophos Discover Registration Team: partnerconference@sophos.fr

  • Can I bring a guest?

    Guests will not be permitted to attend any Sophos Discover meetings or special events. Sophos Discover event passes will not be available for purchase.
